Employee briefings

Companies often say that employees are their greatest asset and indeed they can be - provided they are clear about their role and the priorities and challenges your business must address.

That's why communication is so important within any business or organisation. Yes - you can achieve a lot by word of mouth, but the cascade of messages through face to face employee briefings can just as easily introduce confusion. To quote the old example, the "send re-inforcements, we're going to advance" message from the top can quickly become "send three and four pence, we're going to a dance" as intermediaries relay misunderstandings.

We can help get the right message across to everyone in your business or organisation.

We'll work with you to decide how best to communicate what you have to say, using the most appropriate combination of web sites, face to face briefings, email and printed mailings. And we'll set out your message in language that's clear and easily understood and work with you to develop compelling slide presentations and other media where they are required.

We can also help you communicate about reorganisations, mergers and other major changes. These can produce peaks of demand your in-house communications teams will find hard to handle. We can help you by addressing the communication needs of the particular project or taking on routine tasks to free up your in-house experts.

Message delivered?

It's always a good idea to check the effectiveness of your communications - either through a formal survey or by conducting a 'straw poll' among your staff. It's the only way you can be sure that people hear what you meant to say.
